Actually very pleasant. The truth: this is NOT my favorite thing to do. I always go in there nervous and come out saying, "That was not to bad at all!" Great "bedside manner". It was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly and nice from the moment I entered the door. I got lost and Candace was so helpful in getting me there quickly. The technology used for my xrays really left me in awe. The detail in the pictures on the screen went a long way in helping me visually see what was occurring with my teeth. They explained everything so that I actually felt a part of my treatment plan. My coworker referred me to them and I am extremely happy she did. - Ingrid B
